I have completely forgotten about my cold feet, both in winter and summer. I have been using it for two years with great results!

My doctor recommended CoQ10 for the muscle cramps and spasms caused by other medications. While it doesn’t completely eliminate the issue, it makes it much more bearable, and I would recommend it for that purpose.

Improved leg cramps

I find it easy to adjust the dosage with the 100mg capsule; I take either one or two depending on how I feel. After finishing the course, I often feel fatigued, but resuming helps me feel better, especially regarding my leg cramps. I notice less swelling and do not have any absorption issues.
